Production Times
Most of our products are custom-made to order and can take 3 – 10 business days to fulfill an order.

CANADA 10 – 20 business days with or without tracking
USA 10 – 20 business days with or without tracking
Please note International Shipping is currently unavailable. We are working on expanding our market capabilities and anticipate offering International Shipping to the following countries June 2024: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
Order Tracking
Once your item(s) have shipped, you will receive a confirmation email where you will find a link to track your order. To check the status of your shipment, just click on the link, where you will also have the option of opting in for text updates. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been delivered.

Our fulfillment and shipping times may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.

Where our items are made
Our products are hand-made and shipped from Canada and the United States. Please note: Multi-item orders may require shipments from multiple warehouse locations, so you may receive some items separately. Details for each shipment will be provided by email.
Customs Duties, Taxes and Import fees OR Customs, Duties, and Tax
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT - European customers), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. SWM is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We currently do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. A physical address is required for shipment.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us at support@swm.life within 14 days from the date the items were delivered. Please provide your order number and some clear photos of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and may require you to complete a returns authorization form.
